Join our frontline pediatric intensive team providing continuous clinical monitoring, medication administration, and compassionate bedside care for newborns and children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high-dependency nursing care in 10-bed NICU and 10-bed PICU facilities.
  • Administer IV medications, cannulations, fluids, and continuous vitals monitoring with rigorous clinical accuracy.
  • Operate and assist with advanced pediatric equipment including incubators, phototherapy units, and neonatal ventilators.
  • Coordinate directly with consultant pediatricians during clinical rounds and emergency resuscitation.
  • Communicate empathetic, reassuring daily progress updates to anxious parents and families.
  • Maintain hospital infection control protocols, NABH documentation standards, and shift-handover logs.

Candidate Requirements

  • GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing from an INC-recognized institution.
  • Active Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) or other State Nursing Council registration certificate.
  • 1–5 years of clinical bedside experience in pediatric wards, NICU, PICU, or emergency.
  • Proficiency in pediatric IV cannulation and emergency resuscitation assistance.
  • Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is advantageous; working knowledge of English or Hindi for medical records.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred.

Essential support staff role dedicated to assisting pediatric patients, mothers, and nursing personnel with comfortable inpatient transit, ward hygiene, and diagnostic errand support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist young patients, mothers, and attendants with wheelchair transfers, stretcher movement, and room admissions.
  • Maintain tidy, sanitized, and child-safe inpatient rooms, including bed making and fresh linen replenishment.
  • Transport diagnostic blood and fluid samples swiftly to the in-house pathology laboratory.
  • Collect medications and sterile consumables from the in-house pharmacy under nursing guidance.
  • Support nursing staff with oxygen cylinder positioning, bed rails safety, and patient repositioning.
  • Promptly respond to ward bell calls and facilitate emergency transfers to PICU/NICU when instructed.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10th Standard (SSLC) or 12th Standard (PUC) completion.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or clinic setting (freshers with high dedication welcomed).
  • Gentle, respectful demeanor toward children, mothers, and senior attendants.
  • Fluency in spoken Kannada; basic ability to understand doctor and nurse instructions.
  • Physical stamina to support patient transfers and dynamic shift duties in Hospet.
  • Commitment to personal hygiene, hospital sterilization, and patient privacy.
